1+2 ARCHITECTURE WINS THE 2014 HENRY HUNTER TRIENNIAL PRIZE























1+2 Architecture has won the 2014 Henry Hunter Triennial Prize for the design of the Wellspring Anglican Church.  This prize, awarded by the Australian Institute of Architects is presented for what the jury recognise as the most outstanding work of heritage architecture from all previous heritage award winners over the preceding three years.

Wellspring Anglican Church is an exemplar of enduring excellence in heritage architecture… and reveals the potential of contemporary architecture to illuminate our heritage while inviting future occupation…” excerpt from Jury Citation.

This project will now be provisionally listed on the Australian Institute of Architects Register of Significant Tasmania Buildings.
